Q: When will my item ship?
A: All items are made to order and it usually takes 4-8 business days to be made.
Q: Custom and personalized orders?
A: We love custom orders! Please contact us and let us know what you are looking for! We will work together to create a unique and one-of-a-kind piece just for you!.
Q: What is the difference between a polished finish and a brushed finish?
A: A polished finish is smooth and shiny with a lot of reflectivity and a brushed finish has lines brushed into the metal, is not as shiny and has little to no reflectivity.
Q: Why is the tracking information not updated for my order?
A: We always print the shipping label at a certain point in the process of making your order. This usually occurs between two and three business days before your order actually ships depending on how many orders we have at the time. Tracking will update within 48 hours of your order being given to the United States Postal Service for delivery.
Q: I need an order fast. Can you make my order faster and ship it faster?
A: Yes. Please choose Express Shipping at checkout,we will do a rush for your order.
Q: Gift wrapping and packaging?
A: All items include gift boxes. No receipts or packing slips are included. If you would like to include a gift note, please leave message in the notes and we will include a handwritten message for the recipient!
Q: What is your returns & exchanges policy?
A:We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
Just contact us within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back to me within: 60 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 12 hours of purchase
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, We can't accept returns for custom or personalized orders
